Performance Tools Manager

ESSP recruits a Performance Tools Manager who will ensure the steady and fluid operation of the Mission Performance department by means of checking the correct operation of Mission Performance tools, developing new software, defining new requirements and managing the development and acceptance of the tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the team in charge of maintaining and evolving Mission Performance Tools.
• Maintain the performance tools, networks, connections and ensure that they can be operated.
• Management and control of the obsolescence and guarantee of Mission Performance tools.
• Management of Observation Reports (ORs), local configuration management, control of changes and documentation management.
• Raise ORs for the anomalies found in Performance Tools and participate actively in the Observation Report Board and the follow‑up of the anomalies related to Service Provision.
