Performance Tester

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field. 6+ years of hands‑on experience as a Performance Test Specialist, including test planning, scripting, execution, monitoring, and analysis.

Strong experience in performance testing frameworks and accelerators (e.g., LoadRunner Performance Center, JMeter, or equivalent), with the ability to design, enhance, and implement reusable frameworks.

Prior experience in banking, financial services, or insurance domains is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams in a fastpaced, agile environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex performance findings in a clear, business‑friendly manner.
