Performance Test Engineer – Scalable, Resilient Systems

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Non-Functional Test Engineer in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will join a delivery team working on large-scale UK public sector programmes, ensuring critical systems are performant, scalable, and resilient.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering non-functional testing, designing performance tests with tools like JMeter and NeoLoad, and providing actionable reports based on your analysis. Previous experience in performance testing and familiarity with tools such as Splunk or Grafana is required.

This position offers an initial 6-month contract, inside IR35, with ad hoc travel into Newcastle.
