Performance Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (VuGen)

- Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with developers, architects, and DB teams to resolve issues

- Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume testing with reporting.

- Analyze test results using LoadRunner Analysis and prepare detailed performance reports

- Monitor system resources (CPU, Memory, Disk, Network) during test execution

- Participate in performance requirement gathering and workload modeling

- Ensure performance testing best practices are followed across projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in Performance Testing with relevant 4+ years in LoadRunner tool.

- Strong hands-on experience with Micro Focus LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)
