Performance Science Specialist

Position Summary

The Performance Science Specialist serves as a key contributor in a collaborative performance team, integrating sports science data collection and analysis with direct athlete coaching and strength program implementation. Assist the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach in overseeing all aspects of athletic performance. Collect, analyze, and translate performance and physiological data into actionable strategies that minimize injury risk and maximize athletic performance. Support all intercollegiate athletic programs by managing load management initiatives. Responsible for the development of sport-specific weight training regimens for intercollegiate programs, and will design, program, implement and monitor the strength and conditioning program for assigned teams.
