In this exciting opportunity, you will be a key part of a small team to deliver the suite of performance and reward activities across People First Bank. As a critical thinker who thrives on collaborating with others, you will deliver remuneration and performance programs to support the achievement of strategic objectives whilst responding to our workforce plan. 
Your key areas of impact will be:
Performance 
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance frameworks and processes.
Analyse performance data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
Contribute with the design and implementation of performance frameworks that support the achievement of strategic objectives, including developing performance calibration spreadsheets and managing performance outcomes in all systems.
