Performance & Reward Manager

We are looking for a Performance & Reward Manager to join our People & Communications team.

Purpose

The role supports the full Europe geography and plays a key part in ensuring that KONE’s Reward and Performance frameworks are implemented consistently, effectively and in compliance with local and European regulatory requirements. The role will contribute to Europe’s pay transparency journey, including readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, by supporting pay equity analysis, data governance, process alignment and manager enablement. A key focus will be to strengthen the use of data and analytics in everyday pay decisions and embed insights into the Europe Reward strategy. The role will also support the alignment and continuous improvement of the Sales Incentive framework across Europe, ensuring plans remain business‑relevant, competitive, compliant and aligned with KONE’s total reward philosophy.
