Performance & Mediation Engineer

We’re looking for a Performance & Mediation Engineer to join us. I’m Jorge Santos , Head of Broadband Data Mediation , and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on delivering end-to-end Performance Management (PM) and data mediation for fixed networks using OpenText NNMi/NOM and OPTIC Data Lake—turning raw network metrics into reliable KPIs and insights for our stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Own and evolve the PM data pipelines that connect fixed‑network devices and OSS to our target platform (NNMi/NOM + OPTIC DL), ensuring trusted, explainable data for operations and business.
• Develop & operate robust data ingestion and transformation flows from network elements to OPTIC Data Lake and NNMi/NOM PM models (SNMP polls, traps, REST, files/streaming).
• Integrate with adjacent systems (inventory/topology, ITSM, analytics) using best applicable methods, e.g., API...
