Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ROI-focused marketing performance, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering scalable growth through Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage Meta, Google, TikTok, and other approved paid media campaigns according to the agreed strategy.
• Separate brand, non-brand, prospecting, remarketing, catalogue, and testing campaigns where required.
• Maintain UTM discipline and ensure campaign naming conventions are followed.
• Monitor spend, ROAS, MER, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, frequency, add-to-cart, checkout initiation, and purchase performance.
