• Experience: 6+ years of proven hands-on experience in performance marketing and media buying.
• Compensation: PKR 225,000–275,000 per month + performance-based bonuses
• Work Model: 4 days from office, 1 day remote

We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketing / Media Lead to build and lead Hatch’s media buying function from the ground up.

This is not a coordinator role. You will own paid media strategy, campaign performance, reporting discipline, experimentation, team development, and the operating standards required to scale a high-performing media department.
