Performance Marketing Manager

We're currently seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join Zapeus - a fast growing boutique digital marketing agency specializing in social media.
Location: SS15, Subang Jaya, Selangor
Salary range: RM5,500 - RM7,000
Your key responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis. This involves understanding client needs, providing strategic recommendations, and maintaining transparency over campaign progress and results.
Lead and manage all digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to Zapeus's campaign management protocols.
Continuously test and optimize ads, targeting options, and ad creatives to ensure the highest ROI for clients
Oversee the deliverables, project assignment, and workload of digital marketing executives to make sure that tasks and deadlines are met
