Job Description
- Lead performance and growth marketing for the D2C business , driving revenue through paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and digital optimization. The role is based out of Bangalore .
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing budgets across channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Affiliates and coupons.
- Own campaign execution and platform management across Google and Meta, while managing affiliate partners and external agencies.
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies including funnel optimization, conversion rate improvement, and experimentation across acquisition and retention channels.
- Analyze campaign and customer journey performance using GA4, platform analytics, and Shopify data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing efficiency.
