Role Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to cover our Senior Performance Marketing Lead during maternity leave for a 12‑month contract. You will report to the VP Marketing and work across paid media, agency partnership, analytics and cross‑functional collaboration. After 12 months, there may be an opportunity to transition to a permanent role.

What You’ll Do

Paid Media

• Run Meta campaigns end‑to‑end: setup, audience strategy, creative testing, optimisation and reporting. You should be fluent in Ads Manager.
• Lead campaigns on TikTok and Google and articulate how each fits the channel mix.
