What you’ll be doing:
• Lead and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google & other channels
• Manage budgets, optimize ROAS, CAC & conversions
• Drive performance strategy across multiple client accounts
• Mentor and manage a growing performance marketing team
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver results
• Build reporting systems and identify growth opportunities
What we’re looking for:
3–6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Agency experience preferred
Analytical mindset with leadership capabilities
Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets
