Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise our digital marketing efforts across paid media (FB, IG and TikTok). You will be responsible for driving lead generation, sales and brand growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity, data, and strategy to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok

* Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.

* Manage client ad budgets

* Set up, monitor, and analyse performance using Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.

* Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.

* Recommend improvements to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and customer acquisition efficiency.
