Position: Performance Marketer
Salary: up to £35,000
Hours: Full-Time
Location: Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to turn ad spend into predictable, measurable growth.
You will be actively managing, optimising and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms, while contributing to performance strategy across client accounts.
Key responsibilities
Hands-on management of Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping,
Performance Max, YouTube)
Hands-on management of paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn and relevant
platforms)
Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA and conversion performance
Implement structured testing across creatives, audiences and bidding strategies
Continuously optimise campaign performance using real data
