Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid media platforms, lead generation, campaign analytics, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate quality leads and maximize campaign performance while maintaining target CPL and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
