Performance Marketer

Performance Marketer (Meta)

We're looking for a performance-driven marketer to scale Huzzle to 10M ARR. You'll work side-by-side with our Growth Lead and Designer, test new verticals fast, and scale our Meta Ads accounts to the next level.

What you'll do

• Own and scale Meta Ads as our primary growth channel
• Rapidly test creatives, audiences, and verticals — double down on what works
• Manage and scale accounts to multi-XXk monthly spend while hitting CAC/ROAS targets
• Collaborate with Growth Lead and Designer to launch high-performing campaigns
• Explore and validate other channels (LinkedIn, Google) as secondary growth levers

Requirements

Must-haves

• 3+ years in performance marketing with proven Meta Ads expertise
• Experience scaling paid media accounts to multi-XXk monthly spend
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards
