About the Role
The position is responsible for the success of Rookies Advisors by handholding, managing, and leading certain cohort numbers of the NGE / NGA and ensuring that they successfully graduate from the program. It is also responsible for executing all agency strategies and plan to achieve the setting agency objectives.Conduct daily business coaching session every morning for all NGA / NGE by strictly following the daily and weekly structure
Monitor and track daily sales activities of each Rookies Advisor in respective batch according to the approved standard
Organize sales activity platform to support Rookies Advisors on the weekly basis such as selling seminar, roadshow, customer presentation, or webinar
