Performance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring plant performance budgeted vs actual Daily, Weekly, Monthly Quarterly and Yearly basis.
  
• Analyzing performance across equipment, technology, geography & age of assets.
  
• Preparing the Monthly insights reports for O&M, customers, etc
  
• Keeping track on plant performance and reporting the shortfall for attention to the customer.
  
• Performing plant performance analysis and keeping track of O&M KPI’s like, PR, PA, GA, MTTR, MTBF, Response Time, Resolution Time etc.
  
• Training customer on product features and solving their pain-points in performance analysis.
  
• Running deep dive analysis to find out the RCA of ongoing challenges or under-performance using various RCA methodologies.
  
• Generating actionable insights for power plants performance improvements.
  
• Coordinate with O&M team and conduct new initiative...
