Performance Development Specialist

• Job Responsibilities 1. Conduct testing and enhancement of product performance metrics and usage effectiveness, including technical research and development in areas such as thermal-humidity environment control, rapid cooling / heating, low-temperature heating performance, high-efficiency technologies, novel heat exchangers, and new refrigerants;
• 2. Engage in electrical component development, experimental design, and device performance testing to improve reliability and quality;
• 3. Resolve issues arising during electrical component development, drive new technology adoption, and contribute to standardization efforts;
• 4. Design performance solutions for motors and execute optimization improvements;
• 5. Conduct conceptual design and product development for innovative solutions;
• 6. Manage project workflows throughout the development lifecycle.
