Job Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and enhancement of product performance metrics and usage effectiveness, including technical research and development in areas such as thermal‑humidity environment control, rapid cooling/heating, low‑temperature heating performance, high‑efficiency technologies, novel heat exchangers, and new refrigerants.
• Engage in electrical component development, experimental design, and device performance testing to improve reliability and quality.
• Resolve issues arising during electrical component development, drive new technology adoption, and contribute to standardization efforts.
• Design performance solutions for motors and execute optimization improvements.
• Conduct conceptual design and product development for innovative solutions.
• Manage project workflows throughout the development lifecycle.
