About the role


Reporting to the Head of Leadership & Talent Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in building an inclusive, energised performance culture across BHF. You’ll lead the design, governance, and delivery of frameworks and processes that support performance development, skills enablement, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
