Our client is a fast‑growing DTC apparel brand based in the US, looking for a highly strategic and data‑driven Performance Creative Strategist to own and scale the creative engine behind paid media growth. This is a high‑impact role working closely with marketing leadership, creative teams, and paid media operations to drive performance across multiple product categories and advertising channels.
What You’ll Do
- Own the paid creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other acquisition channels
- Build and manage a high‑performing ad creative system and testing framework
- Analyze ad performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CAC, MER, hook rate, hold rate, CPM, and AOV
- Lead weekly creative strategy meetings and performance reviews
