Performance Assessment Lead

**Overview**

Savannah River Mission Completion is seeking a **Performance Assessment Lead** to be based in our Aiken, SC location on the Savannah River Site.

The **Performance Assessment Lead** develops, implements, and defends waste disposal and waste tank operational closure actions through management of Savannah River Site (SRS) environmental performance assessments (PAs). Interfaces with regulatory stakeholders, facility engineering and operations, and Department of Energy (DOE) customers. **Responsibilities**

+ Provides leadership in the development and maintenance of environmental PAs that:
+ Are elated to the disposal of low-level salt waste at the Saltstone Disposal Facility, the closure of SRS high-level waste tanks, and the SRS Composite Analysis, and
