Kode Digital Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Performance Ads Executive to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for developing and executing successful digital advertising campaigns to drive business growth and achieve key performance metrics.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the end-to-end process of digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, and more
2. Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimise campaign performance
3. Create engaging ad creatives, compelling copy, and targeted audience segments with the team to maximise campaign effectiveness
4. Continually monitor, analyse, and optimise campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI)
