Summary:The HRIS Analyst performs a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions ranging from data integrity, system configuration to reporting, and data analytics. In this role, you will work with a team to manage all of Rocket’s Human Resource Systems, including but not limited to Workday. The HRIS Analyst works independently under general direction and will support the HR and Finance Business Partners, HR team members, and employees across all levels at Rocket. The HRIS Analyst has a keen attention to detail, loves solving problems, and leveraging best practices for systems and data while working to support legal and compliance requirements globally.Job Overview:
