We have 19 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily. We are looking for a People Specialist in Lahore who own the people-operations engine and the integrity of employee data. Run compensation & benefits computation and core HR processes with accuracy and strong process discipline. Key Responsibilities
• Compute payroll, monthly and quarterly incentives, and loans/advances each cycle.
• Administer the provident fund, enrolments, contribution calculation, records, and withdrawals/settlements.
• Maintain clean, accurate cycle inputs (attendance, NMS, overtime, leave).
• Own employee records centrally in the ERP as the source of truth for headcount.
• Manage leave; ensure accuracy of NMS attendance and overtime inputs in the ERP.
