PEOPLE SHARED SERVICES ASSOCIATE (DATA MANAGEMENT)

Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Setup: Hybrid Set up 3 days work onsite and 2 days work from home

Schedule: Mid Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Monday - Friday

Work Type: Full-time





DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc.

• Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration.

• Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit data administration in the system.

• Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, training into the systems, including issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents.

• Maintain and update competence file and support...
