Execute day-to-day People Services activities across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, leave management, etc.).
Act as the primary point of contact for managers, providing guidance on HR systems, policies, and processes.
Partner closely with global stakeholders, supporting teams across multiple regions and time zones.
Leverage AI and automation tools to continuously improve People processes and enhance the employee experience.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data management in HRIS platforms such as Workday.
