About the role

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll be the go-to for HR service delivery and systems support. You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle while helping to improve processes and enhance the employee experience through smart use of technology.

What you’ll be doing

• Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries from employees
• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, leave management and other HR system queries
• Maintaining and supporting our HR systems (Dayforce), ensuring data accuracy
• Troubleshooting system issues and providing user support and training
