People Projects Manager

At MECCA, we know exceptional customer experiences start with our people. We’re looking for an experienced People Projects Manager to shape scalable people frameworks and initiatives across our Support Centre, Customer Care and Distribution Centre teams.

This role is ideally suited to someone with deep HR business partnering experience, who enjoys solving complex people challenges through organisational development, developing and rolling out frameworks, and enterprise-wide initiatives. Working closing with our HR partnering teams supporting our Support Centre, Customer Care and Distribution Centre teams, you will translate business needs into practical, scalable and impactful people solutions.
