Role overview: In this role you will provide support and operational excellence across the People function, engaging with employees, managing processes, and ensuring compliance.
People Service Delivery & Support
- Provide team members with exceptional service regarding all People-related inquiries, ensuring full accountability through to resolution.
- Manage and resolve ticketing queries, providing high-quality advice while ensuring all tickets are closed within required timeframes.
People Operations & Systems
- Execute the change and off‑boarding processes within Workday, ensuring all steps are completed accurately.
- Complete monthly Workday updates to maintain data accuracy for supervisory orgs, reporting lines, cost centers, and job profiles.
- Implement processes relating to the team member lifecycle, focusing on optimisation and scalability.
