**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Support managers and employees in day-to-day HR topics and key people decisions
+ Close cooperation with HR Business Partners
+ Ensure high-quality delivery of HR processes (employment lifecycle, promotions, internal moves, exits)
+ Contribute to key HR cycles: Performance Management, Talent Review, Compensation processes
+ Provide guidance on labor law, internal policies and HR best practices
