About the Role
The People Partner is a 360 - HR role that combines strategic people partnering with hands-on operational ownership. This is not a support function - you will be the primary HR presence for the UK business, advising managers, driving employee relations cases, and owning the full employee lifecycle end-to-end.
Working closely with the Head of People, you will be a trusted advisor to managers and employees alike, bringing both the commercial acumen to understand what the business needs and the HR rigour to deliver it properly. The role is suited to someone who is comfortable navigatin...
