We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to support the daily operational management of frontline workforce across active projects. This is a frontline workforce operations role, involving shift coordination, absence & replacement management, onboarding of new employees, and direct support of field staff. The People Operations Specialist acts as a key point of contact for frontline employees and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations, covering staffing needs, supporting employees, and resolving incidents in real time.

• Managing absences and last-minute replacements
• Supporting shift planning
