People Operations Partner

As a People Operations Partner within Breedon GB you will be based out of our Uddingston office near Glasgow and will be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality HR support to managers and employees across the south of Scotland. This is a hands-on role, where you will play a key part in keeping people processes running consistently and effectively, while supporting managers to build on their capability to lead their teams.You will be a trusted advisor who will have a detailed understanding of the different business areas you support while providing a creative approach to HR. You will thrive on implementing pragmatic HR solutions which work in the real world and are not just theory. There will also be requirements for you to support activity outside of the region you cover on occasions, therefore flexibility is essential for both travel and working hours, across the UK, which may require overnight accommodation on occasion.
