Are you a process-driven HR professional who loves the intersection of People, Systems and Office Operations? We are looking for aPeople and Operations Specialistto own the operational backbone of our local and some of the regional offices. You will be the architect of our internal processes, ensuring that our employees across the UK and DACH region have a seamless employee experience while keeping our compliance, payroll and finances airtight.

Your Responsibilities

People Operations & Compliance

• Global Payroll & EOR:Own the end-to-end payroll coordination for 35+ employees in Germany, UK, Austria, Switzerland. Manage our Employer-of-Record (EOR) partnerships in other countries as necessary, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.

• HRIS (Personio):Act as the global System Administrator for Personio. You will drive automation, optimize the employee on/offboarding lifecycle, and ...
