Job Family Summary
As the People Leader Partner based in Kuala Lumpur – You will be executing the Global People Strategy of a particular business, region or function within a fast paced, dynamic environment. This role is part of a global team of PLPs responsible for coaching People Leaders and their teams.

You will also be working closely with our respective People Business Partners to ensure our People Leaders successfully execute the business workforce strategy, People Strategy, and that their teams have clear accountabilities and capabilities to deliver on their goals and KPI's in line with global/local policies and guidelines and tools.

You will also engage with your local People Partners in case of specific legal limitations or local labor law requirements and also support people leaders in understanding ways of working in the People Function Operating Model,...
