We’re looking for a forward-thinking People Change Manager to support the People Operations function. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping and delivering HR, workforce, and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring our people, processes, and technology evolve in line with the charity’s strategic goals. 

You’ll partner closely with HR, Technology, and Data teams to improve employee infrastructure, enhance HR systems, and unlock better ways of working across our organisation. With growing focus on digital capability, this role is perfect for someone who can combine strong change expertise with practical experience in improving and optimising HR technologies such as Workday.
