People and Organisation Development Partner

Job Role

We're looking for an experienced People & Organisation Development Partner to drive our people strategy and build organisational capability across the business.

Location: Hockley, Essex (2-3 days per week)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
