The People & Culture Manager plays a key role in shaping and executing HR programs across operations in Western Canada (BC & Alberta). This role supports a broad range of initiatives including employee relations, engagement, compliance, labour relations, and culture building. It offers significant influence across the employee lifecycle and organizational culture – an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, detail-oriented HR professional who thrives on driving meaningful change and supporting a dynamic, multi‑site workforce.
Work Location: On‑site role based at Securiguard’s Head Office in Burnaby, BC.
