People and Culture Engagement Officer

The Role

This exciting Permanent Full Time opportunity is ideal for a driver and self-motivated People and Culture Engagement Officer to play a pivotal role in driving high standards of employee engagement and therefore enhance customer service within our largest government education cleaning contract in the Pacific. The role plays a crucial role in fostering relationships between ISS placemakers (cleaners) and their management team. This role will be based from our Milperra (Sydney office), with travel required across the greater Sydney area (south of Sydney Harbour) and up the North Coast (Tea Gardens to the QLD border).

This role would require you to have a vehicle and we are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, this role will also have close working relationships with our People and Culture Team, our Trainers, internal Talent team and the operations team indicated above (KAM, ...
