This is an exciting opportunity to shape and strengthen governance and risk arrangements for the Fife Pension Fund at a time of significant development and change.
As Pensions Governance and Risk Manager, you’ll take a lead role in building a modern, effective and resilient approach to governance, risk and compliance.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain governance frameworks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Lead the Fund’s risk management approach, including risk registers and horizon scanning.
Provide clear reporting and insight to the Pensions Committee and Board.
Support training and development for Committee and Board members.
Oversee policies, strategies and governance documentation.
You’ll work closely with senior colleagues and play a visible role in influencing how governance and risk are managed across the fund.
