  minimum 8 years
  post-qualification relevant experience
• OR
• MBA (Finance)
  with
  minimum 10 years
  post-qualification relevant experience
• Candidate age should be
  up to 50 years

Experience Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in
  independent pension administration
• Strong understanding of
  pension regulations, compliance, and governance
• Experience in:
• Managing pension schemes
• Employee benefits administration
• Large-scale HR operations
• Experience preferably gained in:
• Private sector organizations with
  annual turnover above Rs. 5 Billion
• Public sector organizations or statutory bodies with
  assets above Rs. 5 Billion...
