Peer Worker (IEA)

Flourish Australia has commenced new services with the Inclusive Employment Australia program and we are looking for a Peer Worker to join the team!

The position available is:

• Part-time position based in Tamworth (30 hrs/fortnight)
• Working days between Monday and Friday
• Level 3 on the Flourish Australia Enterprise Agreement (2018) equivalent to $38.65 - $41.45p/h + super + tax-free salary packaging!

About the Role

As a Peer Worker, you will work in the community to support people accessing our services who have a lived experience of mental health challenges to achieve their hopes and dreams.
