Peer Support Program Manager

Job Summary The Program Manager for the Henderson Satellite Office is responsible for the day-to-day management, delivery, and growth of peer-led recovery support services in Henderson, including services provided at the Henderson Detention Center and at the Foundation for Recovery's Henderson office. This position provides direct peer support, supervises peer staff and interns, manages program operations and grant reporting, and builds strong partnerships to support individuals transitioning from incarceration into long-term recovery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented services while maintaining compliance with program reporting requirements and organizational standards.
