**Position** **Summary:**

As Serco expands its programs and partnerships in Canada, we intend to hire an experienced and accomplished Peer Support Manager to lead peer support engagement efforts and strengthen workforce solutions across Calgary Alberta. The position requires high energy and dynamic interaction with government customers, community partners, local job training and support service providers, local and national industry partners, employers, and job seekers.

The Peer Support Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and overseeing the entire Peer Mentor program. This includes recruiting, screening, training, supervising, and supporting **volunteer Peer Mentors** . The Manager ensures Peer Support is safe, structured, and aligned with trauma‑informed principles, while integrating Peer Mentors into the broader service delivery model.
