Pediatric opening near Montgomery, AL - Located in Troy, AL - Montgomery 50m - Full-time, permanent position - Outpatient - Employed opportunity - Private Practice - Privileges at local hospital - Schedules are flexible and open for negotiations - Rotating Saturdays from 8a-12p are possible in the future, as we have found that adding Saturday hours is a WONDERFUL service to the community and would like to gradually do that - Recruiting one Pediatrician and two Nurse Practitioners. Each provider will have their own MA - Two receptionists. An office manager that oversees day-to-day operations of the practice - $210-220k Base salary - Base salary is guaranteed - Our bonus structure is production based and comes into play when provider is seeing, on average, more than 20 patients per day, annuallyPractice plans to open in early 2023.
