• Base salary plus productivity bonuses

• Join about 15 providers currently at this practice
• 40 hours per week; no evenings or weekends; part-time also considered
• Infrequent shared afterhours phone call
• See 27-35patients per day

• The practice sees all ages, but most patient demand is geriatric
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
